Sales and selling needs to be a highly customized oriented approach. The very first stage in every sales approach is when a salesperson establishes contact or connect with a customer. In order for the salesperson to successful sale to a buyer, the salesperson need to demonstrate the connection between the salesperson’s solution tailored in meeting the buyer’s needs. It is very obvious that when a salesperson is able to clearly provide a solution that strongly meets all the unique needs and expectation of the buyer with a specific orientation, the customer is easily convince to take action.

In an era where globalization has become very prominent in a large scale with most nations becoming a hot spot of cross-culturalism and ethnic inclusiveness. A lot individuals from different cultural orientation, race, nationality and so on exist, live and work together. Although, every person under the sun shares a lot common traits they also have differences as well.

One factor of economic prosperity and freedom is that every person has the right and must be allowed to make their own unique choices. Hence, every person wants to keep to their own feelings, opinions and choices of the time. Most importantly, it is to entreat salespersons and individuals within the sales profession.

The taste and preferences of consumers may most be defined by their sex, ethnic background, beliefs, nationality etc. The one size fits all sales and marketing approach may not be able to factor all of these different characteristics of the market audience. Therefore, the most appropriate approach are the customized ones targeted to specific segment and or groups of people.

In Ghana for instance, the people living in Greater Accra are very important group of consumers and business organizations can make a lot of money by targeting them through efficient sales and marketing approach. Any company that wants to expand its business needs to ensure that its able to reach out to the maximum number of people as possible through the sales and marketing approaches, it is very important to do away with one size fits all sales and marketing tactics at all cost.
Just note that, the success of your company is mostly dependent on how you present your sales and marketing approach and how the buyer receives its.
